Marinade

  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 2 tbsp ginger and garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp tandoori masala
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1 salt according to taste
  • 1 teaspoon corainder powder

  • 2 lbs Chicken bone less and skinless

Marinade

  • Preparing the Marinade:
    In a large bowl, mix together the yogurt, ginger and garlic paste, lemon juice, tandoori masala, turmeric, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. This will form the flavorful marinade that will infuse the chicken with its irresistible taste.
